A fall weekend worth getting outside for

Trade the usual weekend routine for fresh air and family fun in Double Springs. Our October festival brings together Bama Campground, The Ranch, and Bankhead Resort for a celebration of the season. Come for the activities, spend time with your favorite people, and enjoy the outdoors at your own pace.

Hayrides & pumpkins

Make time for a hayride and a visit to the pumpkin patch. They’re the kind of fall traditions that give everyone a reason to slow down and enjoy the day.

Meet the animals

Stop by the petting zoo to meet goats, sheep, a pig, and bunnies. Follow the animal handlers’ guidance for feeding and petting, and wash your hands afterward.

Play & share a meal

Enjoy inflatables, food, and festival booths. Meals are served by the plate from the food prepared for the event; offerings and serving details will be announced.

Turn festival day into a camping weekend

Bring your RV, set up your tent, or settle into a cabin at Bama Campground & RV Park. Choose your accommodation and travel dates on BamaCampground.com to see availability and current lodging rates. If a cabin sounds more like your kind of getaway, explore the Two-Story Cabin and Outlaw Cowboy Country Cabin before choosing your stay.

Make time to explore the Bankhead National Forest area while you’re here, too. A festival weekend can be as relaxed or as busy as you like, with a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.

Plan your food and camp supplies

Add bags of ice for $3, bundles of firewood for $8, and Food Tickets #1, #2, and #3 for $15 each while booking your campsite or cabin. Select your extras and quantities under “Choose Additional Services” before paying for your reservation. Food tickets are available for stays that overlap a festival weekend. Each quantity is the total for that accommodation’s stay, so choose enough for your group.

Meals are served by the plate from the food prepared for the event; serving times and meal details will be announced.

Already have a reservation? You can return to the General Store to buy more supplies without booking another stay.
